Barrister-at-Law
Ollie holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Central Queensland University. Ollie is a Barrister practising in criminal and regulatory law. He accepts briefs in a broad range of criminal, quasi-criminal and disciplinary matters and appears in trials, hearings, mentions and interlocutory applications.
His practice includes criminal prosecutions and defence matters, regulatory proceedings, professional disciplinary matters and investigative and compliance-related work. He regularly advises on evidence, procedure, statutory interpretation and litigation strategy.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Ollie gained experience in litigation and advocacy across both public and private sectors, developing a practical and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution and Court room advocacy.
In addition to his practice, Ollie also mentors students through the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
