Bruce is the Head of Lilley Chambers. He is a specialist criminal Barrister.
He regularly appears in summary matters, trials and appeals in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Appellate Courts. Bruce’s practice includes prosecuting and defending those charged with criminal offences.
Dominic holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Civil Law from The University of Oxford.
Dominic’s principal areas of practice include Criminal Law, Domestic Violence Law, Regulatory Prosecutions, Coronial Inquests and Commissions of Inquiry.
Stephen has been practicing since 1990 and was called to the Bar in 2016.
His particular areas of interest are Family Law (including Domestic Violence), Criminal Law & Professional Discipline and Administrative & Public Law.
Cecelia practices exclusively in Criminal Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) in 2013 and her Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at QUT in 2015.
Cecelia is appointed to the Legal Aid Complex Case Panel and is also often engaged to prosecute on behalf of State and Commonwealth Prosecuting Agencies
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology) from the University of Queensland. She was the recipient of the University of Queensland Law Society Medal for Outstanding Achievement for her graduating class. Rachel previously worked at Legal Aid Queensland for several years.

Terri Patterson commenced at Lilley Chambers in 1989 and has been with us for over 34 years.
She provides administrative support and assistance to the Barristers in Chambers and has significant experience not often encountered in the modern Barristers’ Chambers.
